Through numerous memes, the guardian of this shrine has been labelled, “Flowerblight Ganon.” Her ability to teleport you back to an almost invisible maze makes this shrine a tricky one to enter, let’s see how!
Flowerblight Ganon
The shrine and shrine quest are located north of the Dueling Peaks Tower on a small island in an intersection of the Hylia River and Nabi Lake.
It is almost directly west of Kakariko Village.

The shrine is surrounded by a maze of flowers – some of which are completely invisible to the naked eye (due to bad rendering). Walk to Magda and talk to her, this will activate the, “Watch out for the Flowers,” shrine quest. You’ll need to get to the shrine without stepping on the flowers as Magda planted them to honour the Monk Hila Rao inside. You can do this by carefully walking through or simply using Revali if you’re getting the shrine late-game, but know this: hit the flowers once, Magda gets angry; hit the flowers thrice… you die. Good luck!
Shrine Walkthrough
The first thing you’ll see when you enter the shrine is a series of rooms filled with water. In each room, the flowing water has one or several rafts flowing down. To begin, walk forward an jump onto the first raft, use it to travel to the next room.
Next, jump onto the first of the three rafts found in the second room and use Magnesis to find a hidden chest to the lower-left area of the doorway containing an Opal; then jump off the third raft to the next room.
This room doesn’t have any rafts but still has flowing water and a chest. Use cryonis on the water to reach the chest and then explode the bomb barrels or use a remote bomb to destroy the blocks blocking the doorway.
Then all you have to do is walk from the third room to the Monk and receive the Spirit Orb, well done!
