The Shai Yota Shrine is one of the times when we get to meet Kass in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, let’s see how to complete it!
Location
The Shai Yota Shrine is located in the Horon Lagoon in the far east of the Lanayru Region – it’s to the far east of the Divine Beast Vah Ruta after you complete the Divine Beast. If you haven’t completed the Divine Beast Vah Ruta, it will be to the south-east of the reservoir where the Divine Beast is.
Master of the Wind
You can find Kass in the Horon Lagoon and he will sing you the following legendary song:
“He breaks the rocks that serve to bind,
Above the tempestuous Bay.
Of wings of cloth and wood entwined,
He lands on the altar to open the way.”

Basically, what the song is saying is you need to break all the bombable rocks around the bay and glide along the wind you release to land on the Sheikah Pedestal nearby. Alternatively, the much easier method is to just use any form of updraft next to the pedestal and land on it. All that needs to be done is for you to land on the pedestal with your paraglider open to summon the shrine.
Once you’ve done that, you can walk over to the Shrine and enter!
